J'ai eu le même problème avec mon FFB2, la solution suivante (proposée par KeldorKatarn sur le forum officiel) à marchée pour moi :

"Ok try the following hack.

Open the registry (with regedit.exe) and navigate here:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Volition\WingCommanderSaga

Then check the value with the name CurrentJoystick

It probably says "0"

Try different values here, 1, maybe 2. See if that changes anything.

Do however NOT start the game via the launcher after this change. Otherwise it will be overwritten. Start the game by directly launching the main executable, located in the game's directory, called wcsaga_sse2.exe.

Please report back if that helps."
