il vrai que Ayes cet empafé mondain a conctacté Viking y a deux mois pour lui tenir un discours assez amusant : vous finissez votre pit low quality mais free et je sort le superpit payant de haute qualité...[blabla] 1 mois plus tard ... oh mauvaise surprise je vois la preview du pit de Ayes et constate (j'ai vérifié avec Buzzz) que les vues les + difficiles (vues consoles droite et gauche) à réaliser (pas de photos correspondantes et c'est là que Ayes ment) ont été intégralement pompées par cet enfoiré. Sur le principe je m'en fou .. le package EF2000 est free mais par contre je suis contre l'utilisation de notre travail à des fins payantes.

The views and angles in the Superpits are there for years, how dare you!!

Also dissapointed in the viewpoint of Eole, never expected this from him.
Again the EF-2000 Superpit is NOT based on Eole's cockpit, didnt even know it was there until 80% of my cockpit was finished.
I wrote a very polite message to Viking, explaining that I was NOT aware before of their development, and that I was making a 1600x1200 high res EF-2000 in the same time they did. I did not show any attitude, or whatever, simple polite and apologising (why did I do that I ask myself now) that I was also making a EF-2000 add-on. That is normal I think, simply explaining that I was not deliberately fishing in the same lake, and also confirming the add-ons could complement eachother since they are freeware and payware.

The material I have for reference comes from Eurofighter, I had already finished those views before I even saw Eoles work posted on FW, this shameless accusing is really distasteful and a slap in the face.
I expected a apology instead of further accusations, at least the C6 mods have some normal sense.

I have been checking the old threads at Frugals to see what you mean and why even Eole thinks I have made my cockpit based on his material, I wonder where he got his material from?

Same place where I got it from, from Eurofighter.

Totally different angles, totally different views, my cockpit is based on views as all the other Superpits have. Why would I bother looking at Eole's cockpit when I had already finished those views?
Note that my EF-2000 cockpit was already available for preview back in 2003 when I had some pit time in the mockup of the EF-2000 at an airshow.

The fact that some people only want freeware mods is fine, I havent forced nobody to buy it and I fully support freeware mods as you can see on the cockpits.nl website, but to put that idea of not liking payware for falcon 4.0 forward, packed in a 'Aeyes has stolen from Eole' message is simply distasteful.

Really dissapointed and I am convinced that you do not represent all C6 visitors.
Now go and continue to post some more shameless accusations.
Come to think of it, if I made a cockpit in very high resolution, wouldnt I have to redraw anything? You can not accuse me of something you dont know anything about, period.
An opinion is not enough proove, and I know how much work and hours it took me to make this cockpit, more than 6 months. And you Wildcat, Famas and Eole post garbage in a few seconds, well done.

-Eole and Famas, you musn't accuse Aeyes of thief without good proofs.
-Aeyes, if Eole and Famas said the truth, I think is not good to do money on their free works.

For this moment, we don't know the truth, so nobody and Wildcat too can say who is right.

Sure Aeyes you gad all rights to defend yourself from such accusations. I understand that you do. But we (C6 mods) cannot make any statements because we dont have a clue about this matter..

Personnally, I fully respect the work of Vicking and Eole, but until Wild angel and Famas bring clear proofs of what they say (screenies etc), their words have a name here.. its called "diffamation" and its pretty bad.

I mean, quoting the words of one of the part involved isnt a proof ! and as i understand it, in this country, one must proof the guilt of the other part before making such accusations.. Not the opposite.

Now, ghostrider will come and probably close this thread. Sad, because at the beginning it was a good news!

I agree Markus, I should stop posting, but I am offended and have a right to vigorously defend myself against unacceptable accusations, and also you copy their words without proove, saying 'not good to do money on their free works'.
I think someone needs to come to their senses, and not accuse anyone of anything without knowing for sure.

So I will continue to post here as long as people are publicly accusing me of something that is not true. And it is sad, like Merlin says, I was posting good news with a nice add-on for Falcon 4.0 and it gets thrown into the sewer.

Sorry Aeyes, but we don't have the proofs of your explanations too. Same thing for Eole and Famas. We know your very good job Aeyes, but here it's a serious problem. C6 can't take a position between you and Eole/Famas.

If you are sure, bring an justice action against Famas and Eole, and we'll see if their behaviour is to continue to say you are a thief. We wait for their apologies if they are in fault, and you can receive compensation for the time losing, and accusation by justice. It's a serious business.

For C6, we'll know who is right in this problem, and a new will be delivery to do justice to the person who have said the truth.

I know you need pub for your work and for sell your cockpits. I suppose this cockpit is your next product for sale. I understand that you need to put it in for showing your work, and win your life with the members they could interested for buy your cockpit . But some persons (Eole and Famas) are not agree with you for this cockpit. The rest of your work is not the question. We can't let someone do the pub for a product that we don't know exactly the real spring. Try to understand us. I hope you have reason, but in an impartial respect, we must take a decision for continue or closed this thread.
