You can writte in english on C6 , there will be someone who translate your words for person who don't understand english.

Vortex: I hope they arrive soon.
I have a few ideas but won't really give them anymore thought this year as I have a LOT of unfinished projects here to complete first.

When I first started modding Cougars I thought I might do 4>5 units for friends and that would be all!

Here I am 2.5 years later and still going strong thanks to all of my new friends worldwide!

As expected, they arrived this morning. Just have to set them in the throttle now ! :D

Without any problem Ian. I was just suprised to find these small plactic "cables" (i dont know the correct word to discribe this in english).

First i thought it was to block housings in the package. For this use it was very bad done... bad idea

Second i thought it was to group wires in throttle... I thought it was an excellent idea but it also means that i have to cut the original ones and to do more operations than expected in the throttle :lol:

I think i'm gonna try this tomorrow in the morning using documents available in cougar world and in Micro Sim french magazine wich discribe how to correct original housings.

I'm interrested in painting it, but i will search for a good paint on metal.

Je vais le peindre, mais j'utiliserais de la bonne peinture pour métal.

Just about any paint should stick as the bead blasted surface is perfect for painting!

If you have any paint thinner/solvent it would be good to give them a wash to remove any oils that may come from handling them.

Une petite traduction pour nos amis non anglophones :

N'importe quelle peinture devrait convenir puisque l'état de surface est idéal pour peindre.

Si vous disposez de solvant (NdT du White Spirit quoi !) il serait bien de nettoyer les pièces avec afin d'éliminer toute trace d'huile qui pourrait provenir de leur manipulation/élaboration.

Par ailleurs le 2ème batch d'Uber 2 NXT est en cours, IJ post des mises à jour quotidiennes sur Cougar World, si quelqu'un est interessé par le suivi de la fabrication.
