I've just tried it for a bit this afternoon
Using latest FaceTrackNOIR v1.30 ( updated today)
Cheap Logitech C200 VGA webcam ( has only 30 fps max which is minimum )
I have to set Mirrors, Shadow and Water to OFF/LOW
FaceTrackNOIR works for me with SF2 series games version June 2010 and SFP1 version October 2008 , using Fake TrackIR option for both
I have a really old PC ( AMD64 2 GHz, 1 GB RAM, GF 7600GT 256 , XP sp2 ) so tracking is .. well.. not really smooth :D .. but it works
In FaceTrack Menu, the camera shows me 7-8 fps .. in RED color LOL ;D
With a new, up to date PC it should work pretty good.
