help with tarmac aces order.

Hi I'm trying to complete an order placed with tarmac aces about 3 weeks ago and hope some one can help me out (please).
ordered 3 weeks ago white screen when trying to pay for the items.....got an email from them saying problems with check out but your order is in production,Tried again on the Monday to pay for them card rejected ( but i know the card is fine), I've tried emailing them several times now but no replay .I'm desperate to pay for this stuff because i cant start my pit with out getting the rudder pedals set up first. If some one can help me out with a different email address for them or they might even be on holiday i don't know but would just like to pay for the things! .
