- The runways with red color (XX) should NOT BE PREFERED , due to their obstacles on glide path (there’s really big possibility to crash) !!!
- The runways with red exclamation mark (! XX or XX !) should Be Approached with extreme caution !!! There are also obstacles on glide path , but if you pay attention the landing is effectible !
- You have to be aware of that runway elevation (in feet) and glideslope altitude (in feet) are barometric (MSL – Above Sea Level) . So in order to use them , you have to set the ALT switch to BARO (it is placed on the right console in panel G) .
- Last and most important , I’ve made an innovation using Runway Threshold Location Steerpoint instead of TACAN Station Steerpoint that till now we were using (for more details see page 6 of the TACAN List) .
