--> --> Which are accurately the functions and differences of the 2 buttons that occupy the inferior part of PRIORITIES PAGE?
ATO set by HQ
Set by HQ
Thanks
ATO set by HQ means the program will frag the missions.
Set by HQ means the program will set the sliders and paks.
So.... if both are on, then the program does everything, deciding where the missions go (which paks), what types of targets are hit, what mission types are flown. I call this full auto ATO.
If both are off, then the player will need to frag all missions, I call this full manual ATO.
If ATO by HQ is on, and set by HQ is off, then the player sets the paks and target/mission priorities, and the program frags the missions according to the player's slider/pak settings. I call this semi-auto ATO. Changing any slider or pak from default should automatically result in semi-auto ATO.
--> If I to leave in off ACT by HQ I will have that to create missions for my Squadron or I am only all the Flights of the USA? He is this?
I think you'll have to frag them.
ATO by HQ on, and set by HQ off can get you a nice mix of missions for most squads. Then if you're flying with a General purpose squad, you can delete many of the fragged missions (if DCA setting is high, Gen Squads seem to get those), and frag your own with the Add Package command.
The beauty of the F4:AF campaign is that add package capability. You've got a lot of control in a campaign in terms of fraging flights - all the way to gorillas w/multiple airframe support from multiple bases. Watching flights converge on a push point from 3 different bases can be pretty cool.
