encore mieux ..
* FalconLog v1.44 Public BETA release *
After the initial release of FalconLog I received alot of nice gestures and emails from people from the F4 communtity.
At the time of the release a newer version was already in public beta. However with over 1000 downloads within just a few days I coudn't let you guys wait much longer.
New features of v1.44:
* Sharing one of your logbooks online with friends! Give your (automatically generated UserId) to your friends and they can see how you are doing.
* Add your friend's logbook by entering his UserId. His logbook is selectable in the pulldown untill you remove it. Ofcourse, the data will be kept up-to-date automatically.
* NEW medal graphics.
* Review all your history missions in the Mission detail tab. All missions you have flown (Offline and online) are presented here. FalconLog also gives you a score based on how well you have performed. During multiplayer missions you can review who was the flights "Top pilot".
* Personalize your logbook using your own picture.
* Backing up (and restoring) your logbook functionality
Falconlog displays the following information retrieved from your logbook:
* Pilot name
* number of Flight hours
* Commissioned date (formatted in your date format ( dd/mm/yyyy or mm/dd/yyyy) automatically
* Rank
* Number of missions flown
* Number of points (for ranking)
* Points needed to be promoted
* Number of medals received
* Total number of kills (AA + AG)
* Average mission time
* Average number of kills per mission
* Number of deaths
* Visual display of the earned medals
* Number of ground forces killed
* Number of naval targets killed
* Number of strategic targets killed
* Total of ground targets killed
* Total of Air-to-Air kills
* Number of campaigns completed
* Number of campaigns won
* Number of campaigns lost
* Number of campaigns tied
* Number of friendly kills
* Campaign score
* Number of dogfight matches played
* Number of dogfight matches won
* Number of dogfight matches lost
* Number of times you got killed in a dogfight
* Number of kills made in a dogfight
* Your rank after promotion
* Progress in % towards your next promotion
* Prognose when you promotion will occur
The above information is also shared in your PublicLogbook (if you decide to make your logbook public)
The following information is not (yet) shared but viewable for yourself:
* All missions you've flown
* Mission description + date flown
* Pilot names with their flight callsign for that mission (ie. Cowboy11)
* Summary showing Mission type, Aircraft, Number of weapons fired/released, Total kills and top pilot based on FalconLog rating
* Detailed information per pilot
* - Pilot name
* - Callsign
* - Loadout
* - Pilot status (OK, Killed, KIA, Missing or Rescued)
* - Aircraft stats (ok, Damaged, destroyed)
* - Number of Air-to-Air kills
* - Number of groundforces killed
* - Number of strategic targets killed
* - Number of naval forces killed
* - FalconLog Rating
FalconLog rating is based on 'what you did' during a mission. Your status and actions all determine your outcome.
For instance, a barcap mission which ended you being damaged can have the following FalconLog Rating:
+5 points for Pilot status OK
-5 points for Aircraft status DAMAGED
-3 points for Firing AIM-120C-5
+12 points for Hitting target with AIM-120C-5
-1 points for Firing AIM-9X
-6 points for Missing target with AIM-9X
FalconLog rating: 2 Which is not a good score
You can see that firing a AIM-9X subtracts 1 point from your score. Now the missile also missed which is causing another 6 point drop!
Ofcourse you can view how these scores where calculated for each mission per pilot.
