Initially the movie was done as statement of air fight for film " Heart of the enemy ". It is first, cleanly fighting movie of "Woodpeckers". In a movie fight of four Soviet pilots with four experienced German experts on behalf of Germans is shown. The big attention was given display of logic of air fight

Very pleasant to watch the Yaks formation breaking and diving all together to engage those ground targets on the road from the back as it shown. This kind of attacks are really technical and deadly if the effect of surprise it's on your side and the convoy defenses are low.
