There has been a discussion in the DCS F1 thread to determine the nav system of the F1EE.
I have made a overview of all (single-seat) F1 variants and their nav system. Also listed are major
changes or unique equipment. I have not accounted for mainly later upgrades or common equipment.
The list is based on the Lela F1 books as main source (besides other publications) and also photo-study of all variants.

Only variants with the Digitalised Weapon System have the VE-120 HUD. All other have the V-196 type sight
with exception of the F1AZ and F1AD which have a V-129 type sight.

Navigation system types (very basic description):
AHRS = Attitude and Heading Reference System (twin-gyro platform) with radio-nav only (VOR/Tacan)
Doppler-Nav = AHRS + doppler radar + navigation computer
INS = Inertial-Nav, gyro-platform with accelerometers supplying acceleration data to a nav computer
