Sauf que cette guerre a durée un temps certain(entre septembre 1980 et août 1988),et que les pertes étaient bien plus préjudiciables pour l'IRAN que pour l'IRAK,sans parler de l'approvisionnement plus qu'incertain pour la maintenance,et donc cet "Puissance" c'est plus qu'amoindrit au fil du temps,seul la compétence des équipages et de son commandement a je pense put faire la différence pour éviter l'effondrement,de plus il est probable que cette compétence et expérience soient transmises depuis.III/JG52-Freiherr V. Je n'ai pas de tableau comparatif des deux armées de l'air sous les yeux,ni mes sources préférées, mais l'avantage Iraquien n'était pas dans l'aérien, c'est certain.
Je sais les Mollah peu enclain à faire confiance aux militaires,mais ils sont aussi capables de corrigés leurs erreurs passées quand c'est tout leurs interets,ils l'ont déjà démontrés maintes et maintes fois,de plus il me semble avoir lu qu'ils controlent leurs armées aux travers de leurs membres dispersés dans l'ensemble des unités et ayant un role équivalents aux "Commissaires Politiques" de l'armée rouge.

J'ai évoqué le sujet de l'attaque des F-4 iraniens sur le forum ACIG et Tom Cooper m'a fourni quelques infos pour le moins intéressantes :
This attack was flown by four IRIAF F-4Es from TFB.3 (Hamedan).
Two acted as decoys, and two flew the actual raid, each releasing a string of 12 Mk.82 with Mk.15 Snakeye retarding fins.
That's 100% sure (confirmed not only by some of involved pilots themselves, but also the Iraqis). There was no direct Israeli involvement at all: the Israelis rather signaled to Tehran - or, more precisely: the High Command IRIAF - that they'd be glad if the IRIAF could raid that target.
As the intelligence about the construction site was incomplete at the time, the Iranians did not know whether any of three reactors there (one Soviet, built back in the 1960s, and two French under construction) is filled, or not. Therefore, they were targeting research laboratories.
What's uncertain are the results of that raid. The Iranians claim they've hit their target. One of IRIAF pilots specified: "If 24 Mk.82s dropped on such a small target didn't cause any damage, we could equally throw a sack of stones on it". According to them, the damage to laboratories was heavy, and it postponned the work on plutonium delivered from Brasil for over a year - by when the French-built reactors were destroyed as well.
The only photo taken after attack and published shows an installation afire - with fire blazing some 40m sky high. But, it's quite blurred and no specific part of construction site or the entire Tuwaitha complex can be seen.
The Iraqis deny any serious damage was caused, specifying the cost of reconstruction with US$1 million.
Few days later an IRIAF RF-4 thundered over Tuwaitha, taking post-strike photos. Some of these were delivered to Israel in a sealed metall case. After assessing these, the Israelis signalled great satisfaction back to Tehran, and explicitly asked no further strikes to be flown by the IRIAF.
