Arf! Désolé de l'apprendre. Comme tu dis, je choisi pourtant un emballage costaud. Maintenant, si les dégâts sont visiblement consécutifs à un entrée forcée dans la boîte aux lettres, n'hésites pas à en toucher un mot (doux) au bureau de poste local (cas vécu personnellement plusieurs fois d'affilée... et réglé après plusieurs gueulantes de personnels pas toujours professionnels).

Si vraiment le livre est HS, préviens-mois par MP et je le reprends. :detective
